Ciao mi chiamo Jacopo Fanciulli, sono un appassionato di vino e gastronomia, e su questa passione ho costruito il mio percorso formativo e professionale. Dopo una laurea in Scienze della Comunicazione presso l’Università degli Studi di Genova, ho frequentato il Master in Scienze Gastronomiche e Prodotti di Qualità dell’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo, arricchito da uno stage presso l’ Ufficio Eventi di Slow Food. Dopo il Master in Scienze Gastronomiche ed un esperienza lavorativa presso un produttore vitivinicolo, ho frequentato il “Master in Enologia e Marketing” dell’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Piacenza, dove ho approfondito le mie conoscenze sul mondo del vino, tecniche di produzione e strategie di comunicazione e marketing. Durante lo stage presso l’Enoteca Regionale del Piemonte “Acqui Terme e Vino”, ho partecipato all’organizzazione del Concorso enologico Città di Acqui Terme dove si giudicano i più importanti vini piemontesi. Terminati gli studi ho lavorato per un anno come aiuto enologo in una delle più importanti realtà enologiche liguri, l’azienda Lupi a Pieve di Teco, seguendo non solo la vinificazione, ma anche parte della commercializzazione. Successivamente ho collaborato con La Compagnia de Sapori nell’organizzazione di eventi enogastronomici e come relatore a diverse manifestazioni pubbliche. Nell’estate 2011 ho conseguito il titolo di Sommelier presso l’Associazione Italiana Sommelier e in Aprile 2012 quello di Degustatore AIS. Dal 2011 ho cominciato a lavorare come consulente enogastronomico, organizzando eventi e degustazioni, mi occupo inoltre di ufficio stampa e PR per operatori ed associazione del settore food&beverage, nel 2012 ho dato più struttura al lavoro di consulenza aprendo la società Jacopo Fanciulli Food & Wine Consulting – Consulenze Enogastronomiche SRLs, diventata poi JF Wine & Food Communication nel Giugno del 2015. Attualmente mi occupo della comunicazione dell’Associazione Vite in Riviera, piccolo “consorzio” di produttori vinicoli Liguri, collaboro inoltre con altre realtà enogastronomiche del territorio ligure e non solo, come consulente in ambito commerciale, marketing e comunicazione. Ho seguito l’apertura e la gestione della sede di Ortovero (SV) dell’Enoteca Regionale della Liguria. A Marzo 2013 ho partecipato all’ International Master Of Wine Residential Class presso Palais Cerequio di La Morra, corso che prepara all’ingresso al programma di studi dell’ Insitute of Master Of Wine di Londra, superando con successo l’esame finale di ammissione. Nel Giugno del 2016 ho superato il First Stage Assessment. Nel 2016 ho deciso di dare il via alla JF Academy, una scuola enogastronomica per professionisti ed amatori.
